Healthy Moves for Preschoolers

Practice Calm, Mindful Breathing

Stand tall with one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen. Breathe in to a count of 3. Your abdomen should fill with air. Hold your breath for a count of 3. Breathe out to a count of 3, trying to pull your abdomen in toward the spine. Adjust the timimng as desired.
